Jessica had been training most of her adult life including boxing, group fitness and personal training. But overtime still managed to gain weight due to living that European lifestyle of delicious food.
Tom, the owner of The Hive Gym Wangara, taught Jess why it’s important to track food intake and results. Not only for Jess but so Tom could find out what was working to help get the results she desired.
From that Jess was more aware of her food intake and began to use the fitness app, MyFitnessPal. With the added motivation to lose weight for her Sister’s wedding, Jess lost over 70kg. Jess is now completing her Certificate 4 in Fitness.
Jess is now looking forward to inspiring others like her to make a lifestyle change and the fitness transformations they never thought possible.
