PLC WA's mission is to change 12,000 lives everyday through functional fitness training and personal development. PLC incorporates a fitness schedule from Monday through to Saturday training different muscle groups each day, including boxing on Wednesdays. Our training schedule is below:
Monday: HIIT/Cardio + Abs
Tuesday: Upper-Lower Plyo
Wednesday: Boxing
Thursday: Lower Body
Friday: Upper Body
Saturday: Full Body + Cardio + Abs
