Sista Fitness aims to provide women with a facility that challenge their current levels of fitness with a comfortable and supportive environment in which to improve their health, well-being and achieve their personal goals.
The gym is not performance based and provides all women, especially those who do not currently attend fitness facilities, with a non-intimidating, full service club, tailored to female needs.
